Privacy policy

Maven Tech (“Maven”, “we”) builds AI products with one rule: your data is used to do your work, not to train models. This policy explains what this website collects, why, and the choices you have.

It covers www.maven-tech.in and the pages on it. Each Maven product has its own in-product notice for the data it processes when you use it.

  1. 01What we collect

    We collect as little as the site needs to work and to answer you.

    • What you send us. If you use the contact form or email us: your name, email address, company if you give it, and your message.
    • Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and when) so the site stays running and secure.
    • Preferences in your browser. Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your browser's local storage. We set no advertising or tracking cookies and run no third-party analytics on this site.

  2. 02How we use it

    • To reply to you and follow up on what you asked for, such as early access to a product.
    • To send you product updates you have asked for. You can tell us to stop at any time.
    • To keep the site secure, diagnose problems and see which pages are used, from server logs only.
    • To meet legal obligations.

    We do not sell personal data, and we do not use what you send us to train AI models.

  3. 03Who we share it with

    We share personal data only with the service providers that run this site, and only as far as that takes:

    • Email delivery. Messages from the contact form reach our inbox through Brevo, a transactional email service.
    • Hosting. The site and its logs run on our infrastructure provider.

    These providers process data on our instructions. We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

  4. 04How long we keep it

    • Contact messages and our replies: up to 24 months after our last exchange, so we can follow up.
    • Server logs: up to 90 days.
    • Theme preference: in your browser until you clear site data.

  5. 05Your choices and rights

    You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent to updates at any time. We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law. If you live elsewhere, local law may give you further rights, and we will honour reasonable requests under it.

  6. 06Security

    The site is served over HTTPS, and access to our inbox and hosting accounts is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so if you have something sensitive to share, ask us first.

  7. 07Children

    This site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.

  8. 08Links to other sites

    The site links to Maven products on their own domains and to third-party services. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

  9. 09Changes to this policy

    When we change this policy we update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page.
