These terms apply to your use of the website at www.maven-tech.in, run by Maven Tech (“Maven”, “we”). By using the site you agree to them. They are deliberately short; if anything is unclear, ask us.

  1. 01What these terms cover

    They cover this website only. Using a Maven product, such as Maven AI, Scribe Labs and Maven Code, is governed by that product's own terms, shown when you sign up or install it. Where this site links to a product, the product's terms take over from there.

  2. 02Using the site

    The site is here to tell you about Maven and its products and to let you get in touch. You may browse it and share links to it freely. Please don't:

    • Probe, scan or test the site's security, or try to get around any limits we set.
    • Scrape or copy the site at scale, or use automated tools to send messages through the contact form.
    • Impersonate someone else, or send content that is unlawful, abusive or misleading.
    • Use the site in a way that disrupts it for others.

  3. 03Early access and previews

    Some products described on this site are in beta or preview. When we describe a product here, we describe what it does today or what we plan to build; plans change, and features may arrive later or differently. Preview software is provided as-is while we develop it, and the product's own terms set out what you can expect from it.

  4. 04Content and intellectual property

    The text, design, code and images on this site, the Maven name and mark, and the names of Maven products belong to Maven or its licensors. You may quote short excerpts with attribution, but please don't reuse larger parts without asking.

    Names of third-party models, apps and services appear only to describe what Maven products work with. They belong to their respective owners, and their appearance here does not imply endorsement.

  5. 05Links to other sites

    The site links to Maven products on their own domains and to third-party sites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or terms.

  6. 06No warranty

    We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as-is. We don't promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that the information on it is complete or current.

  7. 07Limitation of liability

    To the extent permitted by law, Maven is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

  8. 08Privacy

    How we handle personal data on this site is set out in our privacy policy.

  9. 09Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we update the date at the top; continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.

  10. 10Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute about them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
